Zünd cutting and plotting systems are utilised extensively throughout the packaging industry for both sample making and short run production applications. Tables are available in a range of sizes and can be configured with tooling to satisfy all aspects of cutting and creasing in the Corrugated, Folding Carton, Die Making and related industries. The Zünd range of products are characterised by their build quality, reliability, precision, productivity, and versatility.

Zünd sample makers are designed to meet the rigorous demands of today's packaging industry and are capable of converting a variety of materials and substrates.

A multi-functional toolhead design, featuring two tangentially controlled tool inserts, will handle any creasing, scoring, cutting and plotting task without the need for manual tool changes between each operation.

Programmable support for z-axis movement means that cutting and creasing pressures are independently adjustable in both x and y directions.

All Zünd sample makers can be fitted with an automatic sheet feeder at point of installation or retrospectively, making them ideal for short run production.

Zünd flatbed cutting systems are available in a range of sizes from 800mm x 1300mm to 2200mm x 3000mm and can be configured to:

• Cut, crease and score on folding carton board and corrugated board up to 18mm triple wall

• Cut, crease and score on a variety of polymer-based substrates such as polypropylene, PVC, and acetate

• Cut foam up to 50mm

• Cut varnish blankets.
